Certified in CPR, HIPAA, and OSHA, Michelle also has hands-on experience from volunteering at medical and nonprofit organizations across New Jersey. She was honored with a United Way Certification for her dedication.

With hands-on experience in medical office environments, Michelle understands the workflow of clinical settings and seamlessly supports both providers and patients—whether virtually or in person.
