Dr. Lorraine Stephenson is a distinguished healthcare professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in medical and aesthetic care. She is the Founder and CEO of Bleu Mirage Aesthetics in Livingston, NJ, specializing in FDA-approved aesthetic treatments.

A board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Stephenson holds advanced degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson and Rutgers University. In 2025, she earned her Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from Walden University. She also founded Lloyd Seymour Health Services, providing mental health and substance abuse care, and supports Residential Group Homes across New Jersey.

A passionate advocate for mental health and medical cannabis research, she serves on the New York State Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee and has trained medical professionals in pain management and safe prescribing practices. She has also taught at NYU’s Rory Meyers College of Nursing and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in Saudi Arabia.
